What we build

AI call centre and AI IVR

A voice agent that answers inbound calls in natural speech rather than a keypad menu. It books and cancels appointments, answers "when was my appointment", and hands the call to a member of staff with a summary when it cannot resolve something. It connects to your existing phone system, so your number does not change. We build traditional keypad IVR too, and help you work out which one actually fits your call volume.

WhatsApp appointment bot

Booking requests, cancellations and "what time was mine again" handled by message. It checks genuinely free slots, steps aside the moment a staff member joins the chat, and records customers who ask to be called back so they are never lost.

Instagram message bot

The same assistant answering the direct messages your page receives, writing to the same calendar as the other two channels.

What makes them usable rather than annoying

It knows when to stop. Rather than inventing an answer it is unsure of, the assistant hands over to a person — and passes the conversation so far with it, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
It gets out of your staff's way. The moment a person replies in a chat, the bot goes quiet there.
Requests are recorded in code, not left to the model. When a customer asks to be called back, that is written down and surfaced on the dashboard immediately.
Everything is auditable. Every call and conversation lands with its transcript and outcome.

Languages

Our assistants run in Turkish and English today. If you need another language, tell us which one and we will tell you honestly what it would take — we would rather say that than claim it already works.
