What is YEKA AI?
YEKA AI (trading as YEKA Teknoloji) is a Turkey-based artificial intelligence company. It builds AI assistants that answer phone calls and messages, and alongside them the software that carries a company's daily operation.
What we build
- AI voice agents (AI IVR): answer inbound calls in natural speech rather than a keypad menu; book and cancel appointments, answer enquiries, and hand a call to a member of staff with a summary when they cannot resolve it.
- Traditional IVR: classic interactive voice response with menu routing, announcements and queue handling.
- WhatsApp bots: handle booking, cancellation and enquiry messages, writing to the organisation's calendar.
- Instagram bots: answer direct messages sent to a page.
- Business management systems: quotes, orders, stock, accounts and cash in one panel.
- Field operations: QR and NFC scanning, GPS verification, offline working and audit-ready reporting.
- Mobile app development: iOS and Android from one codebase with React Native and Expo. Apps for field teams with camera-based QR scanning, location verification and offline operation.
- Workflow automation: we put repetitive manual work into code — moving data between systems, scheduled jobs and automated reporting.
How we work
Assistants connect to the existing PBX, calendar and record system a business already uses; no number has to change. Three channels — phone, WhatsApp, Instagram — write to the same calendar and land in the same dashboard. Every conversation is stored with its transcript and outcome.
Our approach to selling is to run it rather than describe it: we set up a free trial assistant configured for the business, and the client tests it as their own customer would.
Sectors
Places where the phone rings constantly and most calls are the same few tasks: hospitals and clinics, dental practices, outpatient departments, hotels, service and maintenance businesses, and any operation that runs on appointments. Alongside Turkey we work towards the Gulf region (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).
Languages
Our assistants run in Turkish and English today. Arabic voice agent support is not available at this time; we tell organisations that need it exactly what it would take rather than implying it already works.
A common confusion
In Turkey the acronym YEKA commonly refers to the Ministry of Energy's Renewable Energy Resource Area programme. The YEKA on this site is a private technology company building AI assistants and has no connection to that programme. To avoid the ambiguity we also use the name YEKA AI.
